Vendor Responsibilities

• Deliver the services advertised.
• Comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
• Cooperate with fraud investigations and dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate records where required.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Use valid payment methods.
• Refrain from fraudulent chargebacks.
• Respect service providers and platform policies.

Enforcement

NovaSoft Labs reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and may, without prior notice:

• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Refuse or reverse transactions where legally permitted.
• Remove prohibited content.
• Report unlawful activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Cooperate with payment processors, banks, and regulators.

2. Account Registration and Security

Some Services require account registration. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure.

For security and verification purposes, we may send one-time passcodes (OTP) or other transactional messages via SMS, email, or other communication channels.

NovaSoft Labs may require users, vendors, merchants, or service providers to complete identity verification, business verification, or bank account verification before accessing certain features or receiving payments.

By providing your phone number and using services operated by St Richards Trading LLC d/b/a NovaSoft Labs, you consent to receive transactional communications such as:

• One-time passcodes (OTP)

We may request additional documentation from customers and vendors, monitor transactions for suspicious activity, delay or reject transactions, and cooperate with licensed payment processors, financial institutions, regulators, and law enforcement agencies where required by law.
